Estimated Delivery Time

• Cairo: up to 2 - 5 business days.
• Other governorates: up to 7 - 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, Messenger, or email.


Failed Delivery

In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, or failure to respond to delivery attempts, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Upon Delivery

• A quick visual inspection of the products is allowed upon delivery.
• The order must be accepted or rejected in full.
• Partial acceptance of an order is not available.
• The courier is not required to wait while products are tried on or while the customer checks the size or fit.
• If the entire order is rejected upon delivery, the customer pays the applicable shipping fee only.
